IT Administrator

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of IT technicians.
  • Oversee and ensure the effective execution of processes and tasks within the team.
  • Provide IT technical support to our customers both remotely and on-site.
  • Serve as the primary technical contact for projects assigned to your team.
  • Consult, plan, implement, and further develop IT infrastructure projects.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and deliver appropriate IT solutions.
  • Perform administrative tasks in Microsoft or Linux environments.
  • Manage and maintain IT infrastructure and applications, including client and server technologies, network, backup solutions, and monitoring systems.

 

Requirements:

  • Completed training or studies in the field of IT (or comparable qualification)
  • Professional experience in the field of IT administration/IT infrastructure
  • First management experience desirable
  • Expertise in the area of IT infrastructure and applications, in particular client and server technologies, network, backup solutions and monitoring
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Confident communication and presentation skills
  • Language Proficiency: English C1, German B2
