Duties and Responsibilities

  • IT Management
  • Administer Microsoft365 portal and applications
  • Manage IT support ticket system, prioritizing and solving issues
  • Execute new hire and termination processes
  • Oversee network infrastructure and hardware
  • Project Management
  • Manage IT-related improvement projects from inception to completion
  • Maintain detailed project documentation and progress reports
  • Security
  • Implement and maintain high-level security protocols
  • Perform regular security tests and audits
  • Manage system permissions and information security policies
  • Leadership and Collaboration – Participate in team meetings and special projects
  • Promote company culture through actions and leadership

Requirements

  • Completed training or studies in the field of IT or comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in the field of IT administration/IT infrastructure
  • First management experience desirable
  • Expertise in the area of IT infrastructure and applications, in particular client and server technologies, network, backup solutions and monitoring
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Confident communication and presentation skills
