As recruiters and talent partners, we help leading companies fill crucial technical roles. We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our dynamic team and drive our talent acquisition strategy.

Position Overview

We are looking for a talented recruiter with over 5 years of experience in talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will have expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and strategizing recruitment processes, and should be comfortable in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify future hiring needs and develop detailed job descriptions and candidate specifications.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure a clear and consistent list of role requirements.
  • Source candidates through various platforms including databases, LinkedIn, employment forums, social media, Slack, and others.
  • Conduct interviews and effectively screen applicants to match them with suitable positions.
  • Assess applicants’ skills, experience, and suitability for open positions.
  • Promote Dzemo as an attractive employer and enhance its reputation in the tech talent space.
  • Provide insightful recruitment reports and updates to team leaders.

Skills and Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally within tech.
  • Proven ability to source and attract talent across multiple channels (beyond LinkedIn).
  • Strong interview skills with the ability to pre-qualify candidates efficiently.
  • Experience designing and executing comprehensive recruiting strategies.
  • Fluency in English or German, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and decision-making skills.

Additional Advantageous Qualifications

  • Basic experience working in engineering or technology.
  • Prior experience hiring software engineers or IT specialists.
  • Experience managing the full 360 recruitment cycle.
  • Proficiency in both German and English.
