- Optimize and automate your LinkedIn account to enhance visibility
- Define actionable steps for both the Expert and our recruiting team to ensure a proactive approach moving forward
Job Search Strategy Creation
We tailor a personalized strategy for your job search, aligning it with your specific goals and objectives. Throughout the strategy development process, we address key questions such as:
- Which city and country are your primary targets for the job search?
- Who are the key individuals we should approach for connections or job availability requests? (e.g., CTOs, Heads of Design, Recruiters)
- What types of companies align with your preferences and goals? We look at aspects like company size, industry, diversity and international hiring policy
CV and LinkedIn Optimization
During the phas,e we make sure we optimize your LinkedIn and CV to meet high standards. Note that we don’t completely redesign your CV or LinkedIn here, but do a review of them. Here’s how we handle the review process in iterations:
- We upload your CV to our Google Drive.
- We provide comments on areas that require improvement and offer specific recommendations for corrections.
- You address the recommendations we’ve made or discuss any points of disagreement until we reach a consensus.
- We review the revised CV and repeat the process from step 1 until we are satisfied with the final result.
Creation and Management of Online Profiles
We enhance your networking potential and boost your job prospects by managing and growing your profiles on platforms such as LinkedIn.
Additionally, we provide guidance on other platforms to establish a presence on. For instance, if you’re seeking opportunities in Germany, maintaining an active profile on platforms like Xing.com is essential.
