We are looking for a Senior IT Administrator who has experience in managing customer-facing, self-service Windows devices as well as in managing Linux cloud infrastructure with a focus on availability and high security.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Design and maintain remote device management solutions for our self-service kiosk devices.
  • Ensure service availability by establishing testing procedures for applications, policies, and infrastructure.
  • Evaluate and improve our monitoring strategy to enable profound insight into our system status and health.
  • Design and maintain our cloud infrastructure, including application containers, databases, and VPN gateways.
  • Work with modern VPN and PKI solutions to ensure end-to-end security.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING ALONG

  • Passion for security with the ability to correctly balance security risk and product advancement.
  • Significant experience in an administrator role managing high-security critical infrastructure.
  • Profound knowledge of Windows administration including policies, PowerShell scripting, security settings, and Windows deployment.
  • Knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM) principles and experience with Microsoft Intune.
  • Good knowledge of Linux administration, especially Kubernetes cluster management – experience with Strongswan is a plus
  • Deep understanding of internet and computer networks (TCP/IP, TLS, VPN, etc.) with the ability to diagnose and solve network connectivity issues.
  • Certifications like “Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert” or “Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer” are a plus.
  • You have a “never-stop-learning” attitude and a desire to develop and grow.
  • Excellent German or English language skills.
