Our Recruiting Process

Finding of Candidates

At this beginning stage of every recruiting process, we rely heavily on automation and AI tools we built by ourselves, being the engineers we are. They help us find and engage candidates faster than usual. Generally around 10% of candidates respond positively to our enquiries.

Selection of Candidates

Selection is mainly based on the CV (hard skills) and the communication/writing skills of the candidates. Generally, around 4% of candidates, who respond during the finding/sourcing stage are selected.

Conducting Interviews

A 45 – 60 minute interview is done, whereby the hard skills of the candidate are verified and the following soft skills are tested: cultural competence, out of the box thinking, communication, adaptability and empathy. Approximately 40% of the candidates at this stage pass the interviews and are presented to the company in question.

Accompany Company Interviews of Candidates

  • Coaching of candidates before and after every interview
  • Managing clients/company expectations before and after every interview
  • About 20% of the candidates presented to companies are finally chosen and offered contracts

Contract Negotiation

  • Negotiating the right salary and conditions for candidate and company
  • Preparing both the candidate and company for start of working relationship
  • Making sure contracts reflect satisfaction on both sides and a long-term partnership

Preventing Fall Off

Paramount to all the work is the prevention of a premature contract termination. So we don’t stop when a hire is done, but some of the times that’s where our work really begins. We frequently communicate between the candidate and their new superiors and do extensive trouble shooting and solution finding. The intensity of this part of work is most profound during the first 8 – 12 weeks of the candidate – company working relationship.
